About This Item

• Easy One-Click Height Adjustment – No Ladder Needed! Simply pull the rope VERTICALLY to adjust your planter to any height. Pull quickly for large drops, or slowly and gently for fine tuning — each clear "click" confirms one gear is locked. Our precision-engineered mechanism glides smoothly for effortless operation. Water, prune, and maintain your hanging plants without a ladder or bending. Perfect for indoor plant hanger and balcony plant hook use.
• IMPORTANT】 Weight & Wind Guidelines - Min weight for locking: 1.1 lbs / 0.5 kg (if lighter, the auto-lock may not engage). - Recommended: 2.6-17.6 lbs / 1.2-8 kg for best spring life. - Max safe load: 33 lbs / 15 kg – do not exceed. - Windproof: Designed for indoor use; suitable for sheltered outdoor areas (balcony, porch). Always retract to highest position in windy weather.
• Superior Durability – Built Stronger & Longer - Scuff-resistant matte housing: Textured finish resists scratches and fingerprints – stays looking new longer. - Sealed flat-head screws: Flush-mounted design prevents water ingress for long-term durability. - Extra-long extension: Reaches approximately 33-35 inches (84-89 cm) – longer than standard hooks. - Braided nylon rope & PET straps: Resist wear from weather and heavy pots. - Thicker stainless steel hooks: Rust-resistant and secure. This heavy duty plant hanger minimizes swaying for stable, safe plants.
• Versatile Use – Indoors & Outdoors Perfect for gardens, patios, balconies, and porches. Ideal for hanging decorative pots, bird feeders, cages, fruits, flowers, grow lights, and hanging baskets.
• High Quality Materials You Can Trust - Rope: High-quality braided nylon resists wear from weather and pot rotation. - Straps: Internal PET nylon straps provide extra strength for heavy loads. - Hooks: Thicker stainless steel hooks – strong, rust-resistant, and secure.
• 🔧 Quick Troubleshooting – If the Hanger Gets Stuck - If stuck at first gear (common on first use): That's the safety lock! Pull bottom hook HORIZONTALLY for 2-3 inches (5-8 cm) until released — keep holding! Rotate back to VERTICAL, then pull down. If still locked, retract upward 0.5-1 inch to unlock. - To lower after hanging: First retract upward 0.5-1 inch to unlock, then readjust and lock slowly.
• Complete Operation Steps (Follow These 5 Steps) 1. Install: Fix top hook on stable indoor or sheltered balcony surface. 2. Adjust (no load): Pull rope VERTICALLY – slow pull to lock, fast pull to extend. 3. Hang: Hang ONLY ONE pot, keep vertical. Recommended load: 2.6-17.6 lbs. 4. Lower after hanging: Retract upward 0.5-1 inch to unlock, then readjust. 5. Store: Ensure cord is fully retracted before storing.
